Top 10 F2P 5* DPS in Genshin DEBATE with

Reacting to TGS's latest tier list video where he ranked the best F2P 5 star DPSes, and seeing if we agree or disagree. A lot of my perspectives will be based on my "viewer abyss" streams where I help people struggling with the abyss to get 36*, so I end up playing tons of lower investment "weaker" accounts and over time I can see patterns with what works well with various accounts. TGS also brings his well researched points too no doubt. Hopefully you guys enjoy this discussion and remember, it's just something we did for fun whilst waiting for the euros to start.
