Ingredients:
1. Pomfret Fish
2. Black Cumin Seeds
3. Mustard Oil
4. Cumin Powder
5. Salt
6. Turmeric Powder
7. Sugar

Step By Step Recipe:
1. First we need Pomfret Fry. So first marinate the fish with some turmeric powder and salt. Fry all pomfret fish in mustard oil.
2. Now take 3 table spoon mustard oil in a pan.
3. Now Add 1/4 tea spoon black cumin seeds and 2 pieces dry red chilli.
4. Now add 2 table spoon mustard seeds paste which make with 2 pieces of green chilli and salt. Also add 1/2 tea spoon cumin powder and 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder.
5. Mix it well. Now add 2 cup water.
6. Now add 1/2 tea spoon salt and 1/4 tea spoon sugar.
7. Now cook in high flame.
8. Now add fried pomfret fish. Also add green chilli.
9. Close the lid for 10 minutes in medium flame.
10. After 10 minutes, cook in high flame for 3 to 4 minutes to make curry thick as per your requirement.
11. Pomfret Recipe Shorshe Jhal is ready to serve.
