CBSE Class 10 Science Chapter 15 - Our Environment - Environment includes physical surroundings like air, water bodies, soil and rocks and all the living organisms like different plants, animals and human beings and even the microorganisms.
Balance in environment means stable existence of life in which organisms co-exist in a way that diversity is maintained.
Biodegradable: The waste material which can be broken down into simpler substances by biological process.
Non Biodegradable: The substances which can not be broken down are non biodegradable.
