Trenitalia in HO: 2021 Adriatica Rivarossi E402B Frecciabianca vs Lima Expert Frecciargento ETR610

In December 2021, rakes of Frecciabianca liveried coaches top 'n tailed by E402b coaches stopped running on the Adriatic coast line in Italy. Here is my second video tribute!

This time we have a full 9 car Frecciabianca rake 2021 style, with a couple of InterCity Sun coaches thrown in (similar to the one seen here:    • I TRENI DELLA LINEA ADRIATICA: Transi...  .
I had to use my InterCity Sun livereid E402b with my XMPR loco, as the Frecciabianca loco wasn't well enough matched speed wise. Running a nine coach rake at speed is a little bit risky, so you need well matched locos. If it goes wrong, you end up with a big pile of coaches and lots of detailed parts to glue back on. I also wanted to run this train on the inner circult, but the coaches didn't want to behave.
The full rake is: Riva XMPR E402b (modified); Lima Exprt Gran Confirt 1st class; Lima 2nd class UIC-Z repainted by me; ACME UIC-Z BHR; 2xAMCE UIC-Z 2nd class (one ex 1st class); LIma UIC-Z 2nd class (ex 1st class, repainted by me into Intercy Sun colours); 2x Riva UIC-Z 2nd class; 1x Lima UIC-Z InterCity Sun repaint and the Riva IC Sun E402b.

The other train is my Lima Expert ETR610 (in Frecciabianca livery), to provide a bit of contrast. It might be ETR600s that run on the Adriatic coast, but they are very similar.
This is a lovely model and the cheapest way to get a full Pendolino rake. You may need to fettle earlier versions though, as quality control was a bit hit and miss- it took a long time for the motor in mine to settle down (and it is still not quite as smooth as my other, my recent ETR610), and I had a problem with wires to the pickups quietly detaching (this also happened with the much more expensive ETR401/450). For the price, I have no complaints, and the later versions are spot on.
