Who needs a support when Neo Champion Bianca is here?

I already did a similar clear to this one before, but then I used SSA Cynthia to give fighting zone so Rei would have enough firepower to clear Palmer before max move comes.

Bianca provides a substitute to fighting zone by giving more fighting rebuff, and by careful turn order to deny Empoleon from buffing the team and buying more time to kill Palmer before he syncs

Follow video pretty much exactly, 1 tm mpr for Rei is needed

Lucky Skills: Super Powered 3 (Rei), Defense Crush 2 (Bianca), Vigilance (Steven)

Skill gears shown in the end, but I don't think they're necessary to win
