1. Mutation by right of inheritance

Mutation means registration of the name of a person in the Record of Right i.e. the Jamabandi. The ownership is transferredfrom the recorded land owner to the legal heir through inheritance.The mutation by right of inheritance shall follow the provisionunder Sec 53 A (1), ALRR, 1886. There is no user fees for the service.
