A small cap PPP program is successfully running wherein the program organizing company is doing leased SBLC monetization program.

Funds need to be moved to the program organizing company’s account.

Minimum investment amount is 50,000 USD

Maximum investment amount is 300,000 USD

Return will be 5 times the amount of investment including the principal amount.

Payment is one time after 45 banking days or in other words 60 days.

The SBLC will be from non-rated banks o B-rated banks and hence the non-recourse loan LTV will be lesser than top rated bank instruments. Most probably it will be taken from Bank Winter, Austria but this might change depending on the credit line.

The program organizing company will provide a post-dated check whose value will be 4 times the investment amount. For clients with Indian bank accounts the check will be issued from Indian banks. For clients without an Indian bank account, the check will be issued from banks in Hong Kong.

They will also provide an indemnity bond.

The program organizing company is a well known monetizer with offices in Hong Kong, Luxembourg and UK and India.

The program organizer has successfully performed in monetizing the SBLCs for a number of clients over the years and has deep expertise in that field.

The client is strongly advised to have face to face meeting with the program organizer in India or in Hong Kong depending on the program organizer's availability.

The program organizing company will have investment agreement with the clients and will take the investments only if there is credit line available to monetize the SBLCs.

In case the credit lines are exhausted the client will be advised to wait till fresh credit lines are available. No deposits will be taken from the client in that case.

The SBLC issuing banks will vary depending on the credit lines available with the program organizer and the program organizer will organize for SBLC from a non-rated bank after being absolutely certain that the company can monetize the instrument.

The receipt of the deposits as well as payment of the profits will be done through bank wire transfers and no cash handling will be done as per international AML(Anti money laundering) laws.

No taxes will be deducted from the non-recourse yields.

The check given to the client will be 4 times the investment amount. Balance 1 time investment amount minus consultancy fees will be sent by wire transfer to client designated account.

The investment amount will need to be credited to the nominated account of the program organizer.

Client’s risk is minimal in the program.

The client will be updated on regular intervals in terms of issuance of MT760 and monetization of the MT760

If the client deposits 50,000 USD to program organizing company then the company will pay off 250,000 USD. So return is 5 times including the investment amount.

Check will be issued for 200,000 USD. Remainder will be 50,000 USD from which consultancy fees of 10% i.e. 25,000 USD will be deducted. So client will get 200,000 + 50,000 – 25,000= 225,000 USD.
