In this video, we'll be going over how to use free weights in the gym including kettlebells, dumbbells, and EZ bars!

There are literally an endless number of different exercises you can do with free weights, but in this video, we'll go over Goblet Squats, Chest Press, and Overhead Tricep Extension. We'll also talk about how to adjust a bench.
