CYCLING AND EXTREME ENDURO IN ONE VIDEO!! The road to Roof of Africa!!

In this video, I start off with some cycling. I am starting to do a bit more documenting of my training so that my viewers and audience can get a better understanding of what sort of training I do. I did a 35km cycle and it even started raining!!

The next day, my friends Tom Scales, James Moore and Barend du Toit came to my house where we did an extreme enduro training ride. With roof approaching, I am starting to do longer rides and get back into the extreme enduro mode. So today was a good day out and I will definitely be doing more of these rides in the future.
