CDC’s, National Diabetes Prevention Program, Diabetes Prevention Recognition Program (DPRP) DPRP Evaluation Report is an important tool for supporting CDC Recognized organizations in their delivery of the National DPP. The DPRP evaluation report is an output of a CDC-recognized organization submitting evaluation data that includes results of the evaluation on the completed cohort or cohorts, progress on ongoing participants who began 7-12 months before the submission, and progress on new participants who began 1-6 months before submission.
