The Quasys JTF3 is a flexible solution for handling JEDEC Trays, 2 and 4 inch Waffle Packs and even custom trays. The 3rd party Tray Feeder is designed to easily integrate with a variety of machines for many applications.

The feeder is simple to operate. Fill up a cassette with trays, load the cassette into the feeder and align the trays to the orientation key on the door. Close the door and the feeder communicates with your machine via serial communication to do the rest.
You can replace trays while running production. When the last tray has been processed it unloads the tray back into the cassette and lowers the elevator. Open the door and remove the cassette and you are ready for the next job.
