-Light a candle and hold something from the earth (stone, flower, salt, etc.).
-Take 5 deep breaths, imagining roots grounding you into the earth.
-Reflect:
What truths did eclipse season reveal?
What is no longer aligned with me?
What do I want to grow and build now?

-Write 3–5 intentions in your journal, focusing on how you want to feel and what you want to create.

-Read your intentions out loud to seal them.

-Blow out the candle, releasing your wishes into the universe.
