Who Is Christian Michel? Agusta Westland Scam Explained

Recently, Christian Michel, the alleged middleman between Helicopter manufacturer Agusta Westland and the Indian government, was extradited from Dubai and brought to India by the CBI. He is alleged to have paid massive bribes to Congress leaders and Indian Air Force Officials to allow Agusta Westland to nab the Indian helicopter contract.
With his extradition, the CBI aims to find actionable proof of corruption in the Agusta Westland deals and possibly indict some high-level Congress leaders.
