Haunted Mansion - Bordallo's Mansion, Guam

Ricardo Bordallo, who later became governor in the 80's, and his wife Madeleine lived in this mansion in the 1970's for about 10 years. Suddenly they left. Nobody has lived there since. Former workers at the mansion would complain that they would hear strange noises at night. Madeleine herself would deny this, probably to prevent the further decrease in value of the property. Whatever the reason, I will only share the rumors told to me, by older people, when I was a pre-teen.
First rumor: a maid and her unborn child was murdered. The child was said to be Ricardo's. Because the Bordallo family were wealthy and powerful they were able to avoid prosecution. They say the spirits of the maid and her child roams the area, and could be heard at night.
Second Rumor: Deformed or mentally ill babies, not sure if it was the couple's, or if it was Ricardo's and other maids, but they were tossed down the cliff. Their spirits roam the grounds, and at night you can hear the cries of infants. I know one more rumor, but I won't spoil it. I'll let someone else tell it through the comments.
