[openBVE] HCRT Harbourvale Line rover duty on a C200B & C100A

The C200Bs have recently got a software update to the signalling system. This is after many reports of glitches such as bunching, opening of wrong PSDs and even miscommunication. The new software update also allow trains to easily switch over to the other lines, instead of dwelling at the station where the train crosses over to the other line. This saves plenty of time and allow trains to be on schedule. This new software update also allows the train to effectively communicate with the platform and sounding the door closing buzzer on time.
In addition, of the 100 C100A trainsets, 20 of which will be selected to be upgraded with the signalling system. This comes after an announcement that the remaining replacements for the C100As, the C200Bs will be delayed indefinitely due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. These C100As are currently undergoing revenue trials and rovers must make sure everything is in order. Lastly, a track circuit failure has occured between Rivervale and Shorevale stations. Hence, train captains/rovers must manually drive the train under Restricted Manual (RM).
