Running the original 308 V8 L31 engine optioned with the bullet proof M41 T-400 automatic gearbox and Salisbury rear end, this all matching numbers HX Monaro GTS is presented in fully restored condition throughout.

Purchased by the current custodian in 2021, the HX was rotisserie restored in 2021 with $45,000 spent on the body and paint. The result is simply spectacular! The factory matching numbers L31 V8 has been fully rebuilt with a mild cam, Holley 4bbl carby, Edelbrock manifold and Pacemaker extractors. All mechanical work was done professionally with no shortcuts and the Monaro has only done about 3,500 kilometres since the rebuild. The HX has now covered a genuine 151,462 Klms from new.
