Easy 3 Ingredient Candied Jalapenos | How to Make Cowboy Candy with Just 3 Simple Ingredients

In this video, I show you how to make easy, 3 ingredient, candied jalapenos. Candied jalapenos are also known as Cowboy Candy.

I've been growing jalapenos in my AeroGarden, and had more than I knew what to do with. I intended to make stuff jalapenos, but hadn't gotten around to it. Many of the jalapenos were turning red, and I knew that I needed to do something with them, or risk losing them. I got the idea to make candied jalapenos. I knew that cowboy candy is quick and easy to make, and that making it would be a good way to preserve the jalapenos. In this video, I show you how to make candied jalapenos that you don't need to can. But I also give instructions on how to can it if you want your cowboy candy to be shelf stable and last a long time.
