[I recommend buying a II XL+ secondhand, though if you want to splurge on a III by all means go for it - but you're going to be taking up an extra rack space as the III is a 3U as opposed to the II being a 2U]

I can't recommend a power conditioner because I have no idea what's actually good. Do a little bit of reading up.
