Here is the video about Unbalanced transportation problem -by using Northwest corner cell method, Least cost cell method and Vogel's approximation method (VAM).

Note:
Some books refers that in case of Tie in the penalties we can select the cost randomly and proceed further. that is what we followed in this video. but some books refers that in case of tie we should follow some steps to select the cost. For that I have uploaded a separate video for Vogels approximation method and Least cost cell method in case of Tie.
