Taste The Pain - Ep 12 - NuMex Lemon Spice Jalapeno

It's finally harvest time in my outdoor garden, so I will be kicking off the taste tests of my own grow with the NuMex Lemon Spice Jalapeno! This is a very cool jalapeno that ripens to a bold yellow color. I have heard this is one of the best tasting jalapeno varieties, so I am excited.

My plants are loaded with peppers, and they seem to be a very productive variety. They matured earlier than most of my other jalapenos, or other pepper varieties for that matter. Excited to bite in and see how it tastes!
