The longest-running military aircraft production line in the history of the world is here in Cobb County. Crews have been assembling the C-130 at the Marietta production facility for a generation, and no end is in sight for this versatile and venerable airplane.
Recently, the team that assembles the C-130 took time out of their day to recognize the 70th anniversary of the C-130's first flight, and to celebrate its future.
