Today I learnt a very important lesson about the caravan.

The 12v system runs separately from the 230v side. when I first plugged the EHU lead into the caravan I was expecting everything to be all working but as I found out that was not the case. the 12v system runs separately using a 12v leisure battery.

After a few hours of searching for the battery, I stumbled across the battery connectors and no battery was fitted. so to check if everything was working without having a battery connected I decide t use a 12v Jumppr pack that is used for starting cars with a flat battery. I found this to be a successful solution to my problem and worked well for what I needed it to do.
