The 1988 factory Yamaha YZM500 is one of the most iconic dirt bikes ever made, from its aluminium frame and airbox to watercooled motor. But it never made it into production.
Frenchman Emmanuel Leschaeve wanted one so much, he spent more than four years building his own version of the bike.
