For today's The Sims 4 speed build I am building a neoclassical Italian/Spanish villa in Tartosa. This build is based on a real life place called Torre D'en Carreras in Manresa, Spain. The estate is built on a slope and into a sunken pit, and can be accessed by a bridge. The interior is Italian (Florentine) with a lot of modern touches. Comes with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
