—Korey’s Shortie Socks out of Lion Brand Sockease in the Cosmo colorway and Knit Picks Stroll Tweed in North Pole Heather; 64 st cast-on using a US size 4 to cast-on then switch to US size 1 for the rest of the sock
—Korey’s Mignon Baby Cardigan by Loop London using some Expression Fiber Arts in a mystery base and color; still needs a button

—Jenna’s Bath Time Socks AKA the giant tube to be cut into 2 socks using Opal Sock yarn; these need to be cut for heels & toes from Lara Neel’s Sock Architecture

—Korey started a Cushy Thermal Sock as a free Cascade Pattern using Madeline Tosh Sock in the Newsprint colorway
—Jenna’s Halloween Shortie Socks using Yarn Hollow Bitty in the colorway Ghouls Just Want to Have Fun and Malabrigo Sock in the Terracotta colorway; this came in a kit with the Bird Leg Bags Ghost bag Jenna bought 10ish years ago

—Korey’s Head in the Clouds hat using the Leading Men Fiber Arts kit; the floats in question may need to be trapped

Random Thoughts:
—We love Malabrigo for their tonal colorways
—The trickery of knitting colorwork socks…
—We need more Malabrigo yarn in the Terracotta colorway!
—Jenna prefers a German Twisted Cast-on for stretchy edges. She will also use a Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind-off but does not love the way it tends to flair due to all the extra yarn.

—Rhinebeck was this weekend. Here’s to making the trip next year!
