I unfortunately had to carry on on my own, due to Wian having to turn back home. I crossed into the Richtersveld late evening after having stocked up in Port Nolloth. I had no idea of the amount of sand that was awaiting me and arrived in the Holgat river at 20:30 that evening. This is very remote territory but and amazing experience. The next day I passed through Eksteensfontein, down Helspas and stayed over at Oewerbos.
