Marvel Legends Arm Repair Fix!

I've seen more and more of these lately! Is the quality of the Marvel Legends line degrading or is it maybe a bad batch? Or maybe we are just being too rough with our toys? None of it matters because we are here to fix this arm! This is a pretty easy one so strap in and let's go!!!!!!!!
