0:14 Today I am going to teach you how to make chocolate cake on pan.
1:40 All-purpose flour 1 cup 250 g
1:44 Cocoa powder 6 tbsp
1:50 Salt 2 pinch
1:54 Baking powder 1/2 tsp
1:59 Baking soda 1/2 tsp
2:14 Castor sugar 1cup ( 250 g)
2:41 Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
2:46 Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
2:55 Full fat milk 1/2 cup ( 125 ml)
3:02 Now beat on slow speed or hand mixure
4:40 Pour cake batter into the pan.
4:49 Tap to remove air bubbles.
6:00 Once the pan is cool, remove cake from pan, remove parchment paper & let it cool completely.
7:05 Sugar syrup or pineapple water
7:31 Now cover the whole cake with chocolate frosting.
8:14 Hershey' syrup (chocolate flavour)
9:09 Delicious chocolate cake is ready.
