One of the two people at the center of an incident that ended with a deputy shooting one of them in Palm Shores Wednesday is now in jail.
On Friday, Tim Frane walked into the jail courtroom in Sharpes on his 37th birthday.
Judge Tesha Ballou read the list of charges Frane is, facing including aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer with a weapon or firearm.
