Funding for the Department of Homeland Security is still up for negotiation after the U.S. House approved a spending package bringing a partial government shutdown to an end Tuesday. The bill only funds DHS through February 13, as lawmakers negotiate changes to federal immigration enforcement in the wake of the deaths of U.S. citizens Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minneapolis.
