This is also important. You dont need to be overly optimistic. Make sure you are mentally happy when you listen or you might attract the negative thoughts you were having when you are sad.

(Also, yes being positive and optimistic makes us attract results faster because you emit higher vibrations. But being always happy is a challenge for a lot of us. Therefore, just make sure when you are listening to the subliminal you are relaxed and free of negative thoughts)
