Universal Credit - PIP - ESA News Jan 2024 - Cost of Living payment dates and Bank Accounts

This is a longer news update than I usually do as I spend a lot of time talking about my analysis of the DWP having new powers for monitoring bank accounts along with the updated dates for the cost of living payments in February. I apologise if it's a bit long winded and stuttered, my fibro was a challenge and was affecting my speech.
