I’d been wanting to try nopales in a drink for awhile now with the hopes that its slimey texture would act like a sort of egg white or aquafaba. Didn’t work but it was still tasty. 🏜️

SLIME SOUR 🐸🌵

•2 oz mezcal
•1 oz super lime juice
•3/4 oz nopales “slime” syrup
•jalapeño oil
•salt
