1️⃣ Called hard money lenders to see if we could get pre-approved for a certain purchase price—this helped us see what kind of house we could start shopping for 💰

2️⃣ Went to local real estate meetups and connected with other investors—building relationships is key in this business and can lead to great partnerships 🤝

3️⃣ Asked other investors if they’d be willing to partner on a deal I found—This is how we were able to buy our first flip 🏚️

Don’t let the lack of funds stop you.
