Semi-Hazy IPA Tasting

Taking the Semi-Hazy IPA out for a spin, talking about what I was going for with this batch, and how well I hit the marks. Is this beer trying to be too many things to too many people? Watch and find out!

Semi-Hazy Recipe

2.5 Gal batch, 30 min boil
88.6% Pale 2-Row (Rahr)
11.4% White Wheat (Briess)
Citra @ 30 min - 24.1 IBU
El Dorado @ 15 min - 14.8 IBU
Strata @ 7 min - 8.2 IBU
Simcoe @ 2 min - 3.6 IBU
Dry hop 5 days with 0.2 oz/gal each of Citra, El Dorado, and Mosaic
BRY-97 yeast (1 pkg)
