How we make clear CR pouches look fully printed: Sandwich Printing explained
In this video we break down a production method we use called sandwich printing. It’s a multi-layer process that delivers a rich, opaque, “printed-from-the-inside” look—without putting inks on the product side of the pouch.

Process overview
Full-color artwork is laid down first on the clear pouch.
We apply a white ink layer to create opacity and pop.
A final exterior print layer completes the design and protects the graphics.
