She Complained - شكت | Naseer Shamma نصير شمه (OUD عود)

Naseer Shamma and the Peacebuilders perform "She Complained" at the historic citadel of Erbil exclusively sponsored by RUDAW. The piece is a ensemble orchestration of what is originally a composition authored specifically for the oud instrument. Shamma has made waves in the realm of globalising the oud, and ensuring its place on the world stage. The first record of the oud historically dates back to as far as 2350BC, and there is wide consensus of it being an ancestor to instruments such as the guitar and the violin.

Shamma has become globally renowned for his fusion of oriental music compositions authored specifically for the oud, with a more contemporary style of classical music, and presenting them with international musicians from various backgrounds and cultures.

نصير شمه وفرقة بناة السلام يقدّمون "شكت" في قلعة أربيل التاريخية برعاية حصرية من قناة روداو. مقطوعة شكت تم توزيعه لتناسب أوركسترا مع العلم انها بالساس كتبت خصيصاً لآلة العود. نصير شمه عملا كثيرا في عولمة آلة العود وضمان وجودها على المسرح العالمي. يعود أول ذكر للعود تاريخياً إلى عام 2350 قبل الميلاد، وهناك اتفاق واسع بأنه يعد آلة أبوية لآلات مثل الغيتار والكمان.
