Noctis Sizzle01 Final

My horror/steampunk style campaign setting that will be tailored to DnD 5.5e. I'm making sure to adhere to the OGL, but should be easy to play with both 2014 and 2024 versions of DnD, but can be morphed to work with many other systems. The last 100+ pages in the back of the book is a 5-part mini-campaign which takes 3 to 6 characters from 1st - 3rd level through 9th - 10th level as they explore the starting region of the world of Noctis.
