Knutsford Royal May Fair returned for the first time since 2019 the popular fair this year was spread over two weekends being closed Tuesday and Wednesday allowing the showmen some well deserved time off.

It is fair to say of the major May Fairs Knutsford has outdone its self with a spectacular line up for the public to enjoy

The skyline was dominated with two newcomers to the May Fair with Taylors 180 foot high Fabbri Booster Maxx and Thomsom Events Group Giant Wheel built by Technical Park standing over 100 feet high.

The biggest talking point of the new rides was James Stokes new roller coaster - Batman. He has recently bought this from Tir Prince Amusement Park in Wales. The Fabbri built Spinning Coaster was open at its first fair in his ownership. The coaster travels on three trailers, occupies 98 by 62 feet of space and features a height of 36 feet and a track length of 705 feet.

Other new attractions included Max Cubbins impressive self built Ghost Train and Triangle Amusements impressively themed Police Station four floor funhouse.

Knutsford ensured it had the best of the best the showmen could provide across the board with Taylors Rock & Roll Waltzer, Shaws Fighter Remix II, Houghton's Top Star, Reeve's Atmosfear Loop Fighter, Harts Reverchon Matterhorn, Littlehurnst's Superbob and unique Oxegen Enterprise, Jone's Round Up, Roberts Tagada being highlights in a packed ground with few duplications with only two Dodgems and two Miami's among the machine's.

Knutsford's main weekend this this weekend coming when the fair reopens Thursday night and the much loved parade on the Saturday to come with the final day being Sunday.
