It’s totally possible to learn how to cook as an adult. Trust me - I’ve helped hundreds of clients gain the confidence to chop an onion and know how to saute zucchini.

But these clients also wish they weren’t starting from scratch.

That’s why I try whenever possible to let my son help in the kitchen.

It’s hard to carve out space for cooking when you have kids. Including them in your everyday tasks makes it easier to find time to do them - AND it give your kids such valuable skills.

You don’t have to be a gourmet chef to include your kids in the kitchen. Let them measure the basil for a recipe or help to stir the pot.

Small steps, small changes - they add up. It makes a difference.
