Hoover Elite II Total System Performance 430 U4617-910 Upright Vacuum (Mrs. Doubtfire's Vacuum)

This is my Hoover Elite II Total System Performance 430 upright vacuum (from 1992), model U4617-910, that I bought on Ebay. This is the infamous vacuum that was used in the Robin Williams (God rest his soul) movie, Mrs. Doubtfire, and I just was dying to add this to my collection since it's a piece of vacuum/movie history, and recently these vacuums have gotten harder to find, because a lot of other vacuum collectors (and even non-collectors) have these vacuums for the same reason, and while I admittedly paid more than I should have to get this, this still makes and great piece to my own collection. This does come with an on board hose mounted on the side of the machine that connects down into the head of the vacuum, and since this is a mid-range Elite, it comes with a plastic hose, while higher end models would have a flexible hose. It came with all of its attachments except for its upholstery tool, which I'm probably going to find a replacement for one of these days. It features a 6.5 amp motor (earlier examples would have a 5, or 5.5 amp motor) with direct air design and takes Hoover Type A bags (this example is running the Hepa bags that are available but a big pricey but worth it in the filtration and increased performance). The suction is not the best (especially in tool mode), but the airflow is fantastic, and the agitation is amazing. My only complaints about this machine is that it's quite loud when in use, and can sometimes be very vulnerable when using since it's entirely made out of plastic (meaning if you such up something like a marble, screw, or nut, you could run the risk of damaging the fan and/or the housing). Overall, I absolutely love this vacuum and is certainly better than anything Hoover makes today, and unless hell freezes over, I'm NEVER selling this cleaner.
