Part 3 goes over weapon properties

below is a list of possible properties

strenuous(main hand only )/versatile (either hand) is the hand its usable in

dexterous(dex)/ brutal(str) is what dice roll or bonuses used to hit the opponent dex green str red

And precision(dex) / assault(str) are they dice rolled or bonuses used for damage
Dex green str red

Keen is crit adds 1 to the critical range
(Like the surgical skill)

Heavy means two hands
Light means it doesn't take a -2 in the off hand
