⭐ The median sold price for single-family homes in April held steady at $560,000, up just 1.82% year-over-year, showing that values are staying strong.

⭐ Active listing prices dipped slightly to $615,000, down 1.6% from last year. This could point to more realistic pricing or more motivated sellers.

⭐ Inventory surged 54%, with nearly 2,000 homes for sale right now, giving buyers more options than we’ve seen in quite a while.

⭐ Buyers are still active with even more choices. homes sold jumped nearly 16% from March to April.

⭐ The average price per square foot climbed to $347 and homes are selling faster with average days on market dropping from 32 to 24 days. that’s 25% quicker than the previous month!
