Making Japan's School Lunches - From Farm to Table

This time we visit Kawakami Elementary School to find out how Japan's school lunches are made. Kawakami Elementary School is located in a suburban area on the outskirts of Kagoshima City with many small farms producing rice and vegetables nearby.

We spoke to school nutritionist Yamaguchi Keiko about her job making sure the kids eat well, how learning about nutrition and food production can encourage kids to finish their lunches, and also what her favourite junk food is!
