Our client was selling their property and wanted landscaping to help boost its market value. The brief was a landscaping design that was traditional with a modern twist.

With functionality in mind, we aimed the design around professional couples or a young family who were likely to be the buyers of the property. The space we had to work with was very narrow so we kept the landscaping design open and free of clutter. Low maintenance was also a key priority. Due to limited access, all of the landscaping in this project including paving, decking, and garden beds was all done by hand with just the good old fashioned shovel and wheelbarrow.

25 years of overgrown garden and rubble was transformed into a backyard oasis!
