This is my DIY custom built coffee roaster, this time in full version, with a chaff collector.
On the video you can see the custom Android application through which the roaster is controlled.
At the end of the roast close to the cooling stage (heater set to 0%) the temperature sensor began to malfunction, so I guess that makes the roaster being in version 0.99, not 1.0 yet (in the end it turned out that the sensor just disconnected, so no replacement needed).
The coffee batch is 250 g of the amazing Colombia Claveline Organic.
