3 Days to Pakistan ❤️ Hiking to Balochistan’s Shrine of Sheik Hussani and meeting his tribe of gracious and beautiful descendants is a must-do experience when you are planning your next Balochistan trip, trust me on this one! You'll traverse sweeping, remote landscapes as you hike up to the top of a mountain at an elevation of 3868 metres. Depending on the time of year it is, you'll be able to wade across a running river and sit belong a lovely waterfall.

I was supposed to do this trip in January 2021 but I broke my toe that morning and was quite literally in hospital. But I'm happy things worked out as they did because this time my friend Saif from @balochistanlandofbeauty was able to join me and -- honestly -- I don't think I would have found the shrine without him.

This is a perfect day trip from Quetta that will leave you tired from head-to-toe but feeling like you've witnessed something very few people in this world ever will. The shrine is lovingly maintained by the tribe, who welcome guests as if they are family. If you want to camp, they'll let you do that too.
