This was a new home purchase and the new owner called me out to correct the flooded crawl space and poor drainage in the back yard. Immediately I saw the patio was sloping into the foundation and needed to be replaced. I always try to enlarge the patio so the customer gets a new patio along with correcting the drainage problems, and this customer loved it! Walking around her yard, I mentioned needing to catch gutters and get them to the street and she loved the solution. She hired me on the spot.
