$54 film SLR you’ve never heard of - Canon Elan 7ne

the canon elan 7ne is a $54 35mm film slr that will change your photography for the better, it's a fast autofocusing workhorse that will surely beat out any leica lover and their m6 for 1/60th of the price. if you're looking for the cheapest and highest quality 35mm SLR this is probably it, an alternative for Nikon fans being the Nikon F80. these are cameras that were made right before many companies halted production and development of film cameras, instead choosing to invest in digital slrs. so far i really enjoy this camera and i hope you cop one urself cause they r great, it will most likely be an additional tool to my lineup rather than totally replacing my Contax T2. oh also there's like 4 different versions (US/Europe/etc) and they're all pretty much the same thing except for eye-autofocusing (review coming soon).
