A WEEK in the SHAOLIN TEMPLE | Learn KUNG FU in CHINA | Yunnan Shaolin Temple PART I

This is part 1 of a 5 part series of what some of the training is like at the Southern Shaolin Temple in Kunming, Yunnan. The students live and practice in a temple very near to the Southern Shaolin Temple and often do training and kung fu performances in the Shaolin Temple itself. I lived and practiced here for a year. My final week I filmed a lot of the training. This week experienced heavy rains and a couple kung fu performances were scheduled so this isn't a typical week but it gives you a taste of the training here. Enjoy! #shaolin #kungfu #martialarts
